Have you tried our pickled quail eggs? They make a great snack by themselves or a great addition to your scharcuterie board. It's that time of the year; the children are headed back to school. And I'm sending my little right-hand lady this year! Ellie is going to first grade! She is so excited! I am so happy for her, as she has been looking forward to this for a long time. Chet will miss her the most though! The others are not so excited, but ready to dive in, and have a good attitude. They are looking forward to seeing their friends every day again. It will be good for our family to fall back into the rhythm that school brings. This is the start of Rachel's last year in school. She is excited about that, although I think she's a little worried about the workload this year. We are so blessed to be able to send our children to a really good school. I am happy for the opportunities this offers them!
