The other week, I highlighted getting to work with my daughter Rachel, this week I'm highlighting working with my son Kenny.
It's fascinating to watch the children's skills develop. Kenny excels at repeatable tasks that need consistency. He labels almost everything that goes out the door. It's a tedious job but he does well! He has gotten so fast at it as well.
Working with the children gives me the chance to teach them work ethic, problem solving skills, perseverane, and time management skills when we get really busy. In some ways it teaches me patience as well. It also gives the children a way to earn spending money!
